The design and construction of production equipment and devices and their maintenance are carried out internally with CAD-CAM technology.

Precision and maximum efficiency are guaranteed thanks to skilled staff and the use of digital controlled machine tools with modern technologies.
BLANKING
The production process is carried through with a versatile and constantly renewed machineries.

Parts are manufactured by traditional blanking from coil according to UNI EN ISO 4759-3 grade A.
Mechanical and electronic presses from 20 to 700 tons.
Transfer systems.
Thicknesses from 0,20 to 8,50 mm.
HEAT TREATMENTS AND FINISHES
Officine Riva boasts an internal productive department where the heating treatment is performed.

There are different plants designated to:
- Quenching and tempering
- Austempering
- Annealing
The process stability guarantees high quality standards.
The finishes, performed in a dedicated area, include the operations of:
- Deburring
- Polishing
- Tumbling

The abrasive materials used are carefully selected in order to satisfy the aesthetic and/or functional specifications required by the customer and guarantee the correct geometry of the piece.
ADDITIONAL PROCESSING AND SURFACE COATINGS
The company also realizes processing of:

At the end of the vertical production cycle and upon customer's request, Officine Riva collaborates with a qualified supplier register performing different types of surface coatings:
