Officine Riva is a recognized leader in the manufacture of a wide range of blanked products according to customer's technical specifications.
Special parts are produced with slight deep-drawing, hollows, teeth, chamfers in the most diverse types of steel and state of supply: stainless steel, carbon steel, steel enriched with boron and manganese, micro alloys, alloys, titanium.
BRAKE AND FRICTION DISCS
In the last twenty years Officine Riva has implemented its offer with the production of brake and friction systems for the management of multiple motion control applications.
Toothed discs, with wings, slots and holes are significant products of the Company's core business. Dedicated machinery and highly qualified staff have been reserved to these productions.
The supply status of the products is suitable for any friction materials application.
STANDARD PRODUCTS
Officine Riva realizes standard products in compliance with national and international standards.
The most important organizations who deal with the publication of the technical standards the Company makes reference to are:
- UNI: Italian standardization organization
- ISO (International Organization for standardization)
- DIN (Deutsche Industrie Norm)
- AFNOR (Association Française de Normalisation)
Furthermore, the Company completes its range of standard products with the main car manufacturers' tables.
