WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS

Officine Riva, at the warehouse of finished products, has an automatic packaging system with a state-of-the-art anthropomorphic robot.

An area of 800 square meters neighboring the production departments is destined to the reception and storage of raw materials.

The identification of the production lot by bar codes scanners allows the complete traceability of the product.

The flexibility that has always characterized the company and the presence of an integrated MES-ERP system guarantee an optimal level of service.

The company offers a customized product complying with the different needs of its customers through the design and construction of customized dies and equipment, additional processing, surface treatments, kanban shipments and special packaging.

The technical staff, with an integrated approach to design, carries out co-engineering activities supporting the customer through simulations, prototyping and sampling aimed at problem solving and cost optimization.
